Section Villeta-Guaduas-Honda - Guaduas-El Koran

Villeta - El Koran (Puerto Salgar) is part of the mega road project defined by the National Government, which aims to improve the infrastructure that connects the center of the country with the Atlantic Coast, which will start from Villeta to the cities of Ciénaga, Valledupar, and Carmen de Bolívar. Sector I includes the construction of 78.3 kilometers of dual carriageway, the construction of two pairs of tunnels between k12 + 360 and k16 + 070 and a third pair of tunnels between k55+860 and k56+220, as well as a considerable number of viaducts and bridges. The road project starts in the municipality of Villeta, passes through the municipalities of Guaduas, tangentially through the municipality of Quebradanegra, runs mostly through the municipality of Caparrapí and ends at Route 4510, in the sector called El Korán, approximately 4 km from the center of the urban center of the municipality of Puerto Salgar, in the department of Cundinamarca. The project also includes the construction of the 3.6 km-long Guaduas bypass and the paving of the 16.5 km-long road leading to the urban center of the municipality of Caparrapí.

Studies and designs of tunnels to obtain the approval of the feasibility of the Public Private Partnership project that aims to develop the Integral Mobility Corridors, which are comprised of the following four corridors (a) Operation and Maintenance of the Villeta-Guaduas-Honda Section (b) Operation and Maintenance of the existing section between Guaduas-El Koran (c) Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the existing section between Guaduas-El Koran (d) Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the existing section between Guaduas and El Koran (e) Construction, Operation and Maintenance of the existing section between Guaduas and El Koran, Operation and Maintenance of the Villeta-Guaduas section, in an approximate length of 19 km (d) Operation and Maintenance of the Villeta-Guadua section from the delivery by the current concessionaire of the Ruta del Sol Sector 1 to ANI, in an approximate length of 5 km.
